Collaboration Protocol with Constanta County School Inspectorate
On 15 January 2020, at 10:00 a.m., took place the official signing event of the Collaboration Protocol between the International Secretariat of the Black Sea Universities Network (BSUN IPS) and the Constanta County School Inspectorate at the headquarters of the Constanta County School Inspectorate.
The purpose of the protocol is to establish a framework of inter-institutional cooperation on the following directions:
Common projects in all fields of interest for the pre-university education institutions that are subordinated to Constanța County School Inspectorate;
Development of extracurricular activities, oriented to the needs and aspirations of the students in order to stimulate and to satisfy the desire for knowledge, to explore the universe around them, to understand their own personalities and to cultivate the desire for achievement in life through education and through the implementation of useful projects for the society;
Development of projects for the continuous training of didactic staff from pre-university education;
Development of twinning and association of projects between high schools and universities, development of thematic networks for shared use of laboratories, creative halls, sports facilities and other infrastructure items of common interest;
Providing the support of the Romanian National Secretariat of the Black Sea Universities Network for regional international cooperation with special focus on the cooperation in the Black Sea area, on the knowledge of the wide problems of the macro marine ecosystem in relation to different types of coastal areas or ecosystems that they interact with.
BSUN IPS will support international collaboration activities with a special focus on the cooperation in the Black Sea region, will facilitate knowledge of the complex issues of the marine macroecosystem and in relation to different types of coastal areas or ecosystems with which it relates. Specifically, the collaboration will focus on the joint implementation of projects, such as, for example, the Black Sea CONNECT - Coordination of Marine and Maritime Research and Innovation in the Black Sea project, financed by the European Commission under Horizon 2020 programme, in which BSUN IPS is a partner. Based on the collaboration protocol, it will be facilitated the involvement of the Constanta County School Inspectorate in the organization of various activities related to the project and the collaboration with the Consortium partners from Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania, the Russian Federation, Turkey, Ukraine, the Republic of Moldova, Germany and France.
